Scott Chandler, Engineer for the City of Jackson Engineering Department, has authorized the temporary road closure for two- lanes of E. College Street from Cumberland to Hurt Street on Thursday, April 28, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. for the "Annual Aeneas Block Party."
