UPDATE: Hiker rescued by LACoFD Copter #11 
LACoFD Helicopter #11 was summoned to the scene and hoisted the stranded hiker to safety.
The 25 year old Arcadia resident was treated for minor scratches and dehydration by AFD Paramedics and released at the scene.
All public safety personnel have cleared the scene.

PREVIOUS ADVISORY:
A male adult hiker climbed up to a cliff above Wilderness Park and is unable to climb back to safety.
Arcadia Police and Fire Department personnel are on scene and will be working with Search & Rescue personnel to rescue the hiker.
There will be helicopter activity in the area until the operation is completed.
The park will be closed until further notice.
