Press Release: Two Toms River Residents Charged with Being in Possession of Heroin, Marijuana, Paraphernalia and Syringes

Dylan Collier, 30yr old Male – Toms River, NJ
NARRATIVE:
On April 12th, 2016 Detectives Michael Legg and Raheem Carter along with Sgt. Greg Tongring conducted a motor vehicle stop in the Middlebrook Apartment Complex. Further investigation revealed that the occupants of the vehicle later identified as Lisa Rowley and Dylan Collier were in possession of 45 bags of heroin, marijuana under 50 grams, various pieces of drug paraphernalia and hypodermic syringes. Both were taken into custody and subsequently transported to the station for processing.
Lisa Rowely was charged with Possession of Heroin, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Hypodermic Syringes. Dylan Collier was charged with Possession of Heroin, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Hypodermic Syringes. He was also charged with being under the influence. Both subjects were released on a criminal complaint pending a future court appearance.
