1-lane closure on Highland between Northwood Ave & Campbell St, Mon, 4/18/16, from 8 am - 3 pm for sidewalk work. 
The Engineering Department and TDOT, has been notified by the City Street Department that they will temporarily close one-lane of North Highland Avenue, the outside northbound lane, from Northwood Avenue to Campbell Street, today, Monday, 4/18/2016, 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. The lane closure is for sidewalk repairs.
