On 4-14-2016 the Chittenden Unit for Special Investigations in conjunction with the VT Department of Children and Families began investigating allegations that Claude Harrington of Jericho Vermont was having inappropriate sexual contact with a young juvenile. Following a short investigation, Harrington was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault on a child and 2 counts of lewd and lascivious conduct with a child. Harrington was lodged at the Chittenden Correctional facility for lack of $100,000 bail. Harrington will be arraigned on the charges in the morning. Photo of Harrington is attached to the email.
