The Deal Police Department is now accepting applications for Part Time Dispatcher and Special Officer Class I positions. Applicants are required to be a U.S. citizen, 18 years of age or older, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and be a resident of New Jersey during the appointment term. Applicants must have a good reputation and be of sound moral character, possess a valid New Jersey driver's license and undergo a complete background investigation.

Interested applicants must submit an application and current resume to Detective Daniel Kobil no later than Friday April 22, 2016. Applications must be picked up in person at Deal Police Headquarters, 190 Norwood Ave, Deal, NJ 07723.
