Sheriff Victor Hill's Elite Fugitive Squad Captures #7 On The Top Ten Most Wanted! 
Joe Earl Anderson was convicted of molesting a child under 12 years of age in Wayne County Michigan. After serving time in Michigan, Anderson failed to register there and felt he could come to Georgia and hide here as well without putting himself on the sexual offender registry.
Not in Clayton County!
Two felony probation warrants and two failure to register warrants were taking out on Anderson and he was ordered #7 on the top ten most wanted by Sheriff Victor Hill.
Earlier today, Anderson realized he had chosen the wrong county to hide in when he met members of the elite Fugitive Squad who took him into custody in the area of Bently Crossing in College Park.
Joel Earl Anderson now faces the wall in Georgia's toughest para-military jail.
