Update - Arrest Made In Tri Counties Bank Robbery. 
Clinton Russell Holmes, a 35 year old male (Atwater resident) has been arrested for the bank robbery that occurred at the Tri Counties Bank in Turlock. Holmes turned himself in at the Turlock Police Department on April 14, 2016 at approximately 3:00 A.M. Some of the stolen money has been recovered. No additional information will be released at this time due to this being an active and fresh investigation.
