Spencer – (Owen County) Following an investigation, detectives from the Owen County Sheriff’s Department, the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police and the Indiana State Police arrested Barney C. Sipes, 44 of Spencer yesterday morning at the Patriot Inn.

CHARGES - Attempted Child Molest – Level 3 Felony
Solicitation - Level 5 Felony
The investigation is ongoing.
