On Monday April 11th, 2016 after a lengthy investigation the Morgan Hill Police Department obtained an arrest warrant for Suspect David Wolfsmith. Suspect Wolfsmith was arrested in front of his business at 4:14 pm without incident on the following charges; Annoying or molesting a child, sexual battery by fraud, lewd and lascivious act on a child. During the investigation police identified additional adult and minor victims assaulted by Suspect David Wolfsmith at his place of business “Wolf Pak” . Suspect David Wolfsmith was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for the crimes listed.
