Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office along with Butler’s Jewelry & Loan, The Old Hickory Rifle & Pistol Club, Pepsi Company, and Glock sponsored the Relay for Life event: SHOOTING FOR A CURE.
The purpose was to help raise funds for the American Cancer Society.
The event was held this past Saturday, April 9th at the Old Hickory Rifle & Pistol Club in Bostic.
Approximately $1,100 was raised which will go to Relay For Life American Cancer Society.
Participants competed in handgun and shotgun competition.
