The Beverly Hills Police Department has recently received information from a resident who stated a man went to his elderly Mother’s home claiming to be with “The Water Conservation Company.” He claimed he was a city consultant and was rather aggressive about encouraging her to open her door so he could help her. City representatives do not operate in this manner.
