The North Brunswick Office of Emergency Management is advising residents to use extreme caution when driving today due to the high winds. Trees and utility lines are down throughout the township.
PSE&G crews are working in the area make repairs and township crews are removing downed trees from the roadways.
Contact PSE&G's Customer Service line at 1-800-436-PSEG to report any power outages or lines down.
Remember, do not approach or drive over a downed power line and do not touch anything that the line may be in contact with.
