Please be aware of houses being broken into during the day in the south east and north east areas of Wood County.

Please be aware that residences are being broken into in the north east and south east areas of Wood County. Subjects are entering these residences during the daytime hours and taking Christmas gifts, jewelry, TVs and other items. There was a white station wagon with a white male driver seen in the area of one of these burglaries. If you have any information please contact the Wood County Sheriff's Office.
