Repairs to a segment of water main at Fourth and Marshall will have water shut off to homes and businesses along Fourth Street from Main to Paxton, and along both sides of Marshall from Main to 92 Highway.

Because water pressure may drop below 20 psi, the City is issuing a boil water advisory for residents within this work area. This is a precautionary measure that is normally issued after any significant work on the water system. Residents will be notified as soon as lab tests verify the water quality in the repair area. Test results are normally available within 24 hours after the end of work. Water quality confirmation will be sent out via Nixle notice and via the City's website.
