This morning we invited over 30 volunteers to the Bellflower Substation to give them a good citizen citation. The citation is a positive way for us to thank all of the great people in the City of Bellflower who are working to make it the best city around. Thank you so much to all of our great volunteers and to Cindy Van Meeveren for letting us know about the great work they have done throughout our City.
