MEDIA - Please be advised Spencer Police Chief Rich Foutch is requesting all larger news agency satellite trucks to park in an open parking lot near the Spencer Library at the corners of West, Franklin & Montgomery Streets.
The funeral service will be held from 3-7p at the Christian Life Center located at 157 S. Montgomery Street in Spencer.
