Although I do not anticipate any additional arrests regarding this case today, this case is still under investigation. Investigators continue to follow up with interviews, re-interviews, video documentation and evidence collection. Again, the investigative side to this case could take several days or even weeks to complete.

The Owen County Prosecutor’s Office, the Indiana State Police, the Spencer Police Department, the Owen County Sheriff’s Department along with the many other Public Safety Departments and volunteers would like to express our appreciation to those who assisted our investigation in any way last week and those who will in the weeks ahead. Without the cooperation of the Spencer and Owen County Communities, law enforcement’s job would prove to be impossible.
