Fourth Street between Marshall and Ferrel closed today 
Fourth Street between Marshall and Ferrel will be closed today, March 22, from approximately noon to 5 p.m. for water valve repairs. Marshall will be accessible from the north side, and Ferrel will be accessible from either Fourth or Third Streets.
