Pedestrian motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Mill Road and the White Horse Pike (Route 30)

On Saturday, March 19, 2016 at approximately 7:54 PM, members of the Absecon Police Department responded to the intersection of Mill Road and the White Horse Pike (Route 30) for a pedestrian motor vehicle crash. The pedestrian, Ashley Bush, a 33 year old female from Moorestown, was crossing the intersection when she was struck by a Jeep Grand Cherokee, operated by Kevin Granja, a 19 year old male from Galloway. Granja was traveling east on the White Horse Pike when the crash occurred.

The intersection was detoured for approximately 30 minutes while the crash was being investigated. Bush was treated for her injuries and transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center – Atlantic City Campus.

The crash is being investigated by Ptl. Jeffrey Mazer #851 of the Traffic Safety Unit. Anyone who may have witnessed the crash is urged to contact the Absecon Police Department at 609-641-0667.
