Good Samaritan saves Woman on Leo Frigo Bridge 
On Tuesday March 15th, 2016 at approximately 12:19pm, a passerby witnessed a female standing over the guardrail, along the span of the I/43 Leo Frigo Bridge. Robert A. Vine stopped his vehicle after witnessing a woman standing over the guardrail on the bridge. Mr. Vine briefly spoke to the female and eventually rescued her and carried her to safety. The incident was captured on camera and the video will be made available to you. Mr. Vine will be at the Green Bay Police Department, today March 16th, 2016, in the second floor Training Center for comments, starting at 11am. We hope to see you there.
