Water service in the area of Shingle House rd turned off for repairs. 
The Water Service has been turned off in the area of Shingle House road, in Millwood. The New Castle Water Department is in the process of repairing a damaged fire hydrant line. Water Department advises that repairs could result in service remaining off until 8am- 10am, Tuesday March 15th.
