US 101 north has closed all northbound lanes through Gaviota Pass 
GAVIOTA, Calif. -
A multiple vehicle accident on US 101 north has closed all northbound lanes through Gaviota Pass.
The accident involved a big rig and happened around 6 a.m. near the Gaviota Rest Area.As of 6:30am, all northbound lanes are closed through the Gaviota Tunnel starting at Mariposa Reina and one lane is closed southbound. Alternative routes include taking Highway 154 over the San Marcos Pass.
