MISSING PERSON: Anthony Culotta- white male, 50 yoa, black hair and mustache. Last seen on Rigby Street wearing a black hoodie with white stripes, jeans and sneakers. Culotta is bipolar, has a traumatic brain injury and a history of seizures. If located please call 911.
