On Friday, March 4, 20016 at approximately 1:55 p.m. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department – Special Enforcement Bureau Special Weapons Team in collaboration with Crisis Negotiation Team personnel, took 57-year-old Mitchell Grobeson into custody.

He was arrested and transported to West Hollywood Station where he was booked for Corporal Injury on a Spouse and held in lieu of $250,000 bail.

The investigation is on-going and no addition information is available at this time. 

Suspect Grobeson’s booking photograph will not be released.

At approximately 1:55 PM, Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Special Enforcement Bureau, Special Weapons team took the suspect into custody.

Crisis Negotiation Team personnel made contact with the suspect requesting him to come out of the residence.  The suspect agreed and surrendered to special weapons team personnel without incident.

He was arrested and transported to West Hollywood Station where he will be booked for Assault With A Deadly Weapon and held in lieu of $30,000 bail.

Unit:  Special Enforcement Bureau

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Special Enforcement Bureau, (SEB) Special Weapons Team have responded to the 800 block West Knoll Drive, West Hollywood to assist West Hollywood Station deputies regarding a Barricaded Suspect.

SEB deputies have assumed command of the tactical response and Crisis Negotiation Team personnel are on scene to bring the situation to a peaceful resolution.

Surrounding areas have not been evacuated.
