The San Marcos Sheriff's Station wants your help in finding a missing person at risk. 49-year-old Douglas "Dougy" Sampson was last seen on Friday, May 4th between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. at the Palomar College Transit Center.
Sampson has Down's Syndrome, but is high functioning. He attends Palomar College and works at the Pizza Hut located in the 1900 block of West San Marcos Boulevard. Sampson uses public transportation to get around.
Sampson stands about 5'4" tall, weighs 212 pounds, has blonde hair, blue eyes and wears glasses. He was last seen wearing black sweat pants, a teal "Pizza Hut" shirt, black shoes, a black "Pizza Hut" baseball hat and possibly a yellow jacket.
