Deputies arrest Aristarchus Roger Verrett for lewd/lascivious acts with a child under 14

SUSPECT(S): Aristarchus Roger Verrett, 32 year old Victorville resident
VICTIM(S): 13 year old female
SUMMARY: On February 26, 2016, Deputy Brian Walsh from the Victorville Police Department responded to a call of a lewd and lascivious act with a child under 14 years of age.
The victim reported that while inside a business she was approached by the suspect, identified as 32 year old Aristarchus Verrett. The suspect began asking her questions and then touched her inappropriately before she walked away from him. Deputy Walsh located the suspect outside of the business, he was interviewed and susequently arrested without incident.
The booking photo of Aristarchus Roger Verrett is being released as it is believed that there may be additional victims.
