The North Coastal Sheriff's Station wants your help in identifying and locating a man wanted in connection with a bank robbery in Encinitas.
It happened on Friday, February 26th just before 11:00 a.m. in the 1300 block of Encinitas Boulevard. The robber walked into a Bank of America and gave the teller a demand note. He left without getting any money. No one was hurt.
He was last seen leaving the area in a black Ford Escape SUV with no front license plate.
The man in these surveillance photos is also suspected in a bank robbery in Carlsbad about an hour later.
