The lower roadway along Pine Brook Creek is closed to pedestrian traffic due to utility wires down on the roadway. Do not approach or walk near downed power wires. Electricity can travel to objects and along the ground when conditions are wet. Another reason to keep your dogs leased while on your walk! Reminder - All dogs MUST be kept on a leash in any Borough or County Park within Essex Fells.
