Commercial Marijuana Grow - 3300 block of W. Beverly Boulevard, Montebello CA.
During yesterday’s narcotics investigation, another marijuana grow was discovered. This location was next door to the original location of the search warrant. Probable cause was established for a search warrant at this secondary location.
Investigators served this search warrant later in evening last night. Once inside the commercial property, Investigator’s once again identified a fully operational marijuana grow equipped with same type of operation and set up as next door.
Investigators seized approximately 500-700 marijuana plants. The street value after the plants are harvested is estimated at $250,000 - $300,000.
The two subjects that were detained yesterday as part of this investigation were arrested and charged with planting, harvesting or processing marijuana (11358 H&S).
