At Risk Adult Robert Gibbs 
On Tuesday, February 23, 2016, at 11:35 AM, officers from the Jurupa Valley Police Department responded to a residence on 54th Street, in the city of Jurupa Valley, regarding an at risk missing adult. Officers arrived and learned that Robert Gibbs had been missing since approximately 5:00 PM on February 22, 2016, and he suffers from memory loss and is physically disabled.
Robert Gibbs is described as a white male adult, 61 years old, 6'2", 200 pounds, bald, green eyes, last seen wearing gray pants, a blue striped shirt and black shoes. Mr. Gibbs also wears glasses and walks with the assistance of a blue walker.
Mr. Gibbs' whereabouts are unknown the Jurupa Valley Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating Mr. Gibbs. If he is seen please call the Riverside County Sheriff's Department at 951-776-1099.
