Flood watch in effect from Tuesday until Wednesday of streams,creeks, and mainstem rivers. 
National Weather Service has issued a Winter storm warning . Heavy rains combined with snow melt may result in flooding Tuesday through Tuesday evening... Thus a flood watch for streams and creeks has been issued. Additionally... a flood watch for mainstem rivers has been issued for Wednesday. Ice jam flooding may also occur on area rivers.
