Incident Summary
On the evening of February 9, 2016 at approximately 8:52 pm, a Petaluma Police patrol officer stopped a white Ford pick-up truck near the intersection of Park Lane and Caulfield Lane. Four male subjects fled from the vehicle on foot and began jumping fences into back yards. The truck in question was found to have been stolen in Concord, CA and contained various pieces of property in the bed. In the midst of the search for the fleeing suspects, officers were called to a house on the 800 block of Rancho Way; residents there said they had just been the victims of a home invasion robbery. The suspects demanded heroin, bound the victims, slashed one of them with a knife, and then loaded various pieces of property from the household (including a television set and stereo speakers) into the back of a pick-up truck in front of the residence. A fifth suspect also stole a white Ford Mustang convertible from the residence, which was later found abandoned in Petaluma on Marian Way.
One of the suspects from the home invasion robbery has been identified as Elena Celeste Wilson, aka “Trey” Wilson, currently believed to be in living in Concord, CA but without a permanent address. Recent photos of Wilson are attached. However, Wilson’s hair is now believed to be cut very short (nearly shaved).
A $500,000 warrant for Wilson’s arrest is now active, with charges listed of robbery (211 PC), burglary (459 PC), false imprisonment (236 PC), assault with a deadly weapon (245 PC), possession of stolen property (496 PC), and vehicle theft (10851 VC). Leads are continuing to be actively pursued.
Anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of Wilson and/or the identities of the other suspects is asked to contact the Petaluma Police Department at 707-778-4372 or Detective Joel Stemmer at 707-778-4532.
