The following crimes were reported in Castaic/ Val Verde the week of 02/01/16- 02/07/16:

Domestic dispute - 31000 block of Rocca Drive. A verbal argument escalated to a physical altercation. One party was arrested. 

Vehicle burglary - 30000 block of Yosemite Drive. The victim reported his RV  was broken into, and clothing was stolen. 

Auto theft- 29000 block of Liverpool Court and 28000 block of Franklin Avenue.  A white 2010 Ford Flex and a gray 1999 Nissan Frontier were reported stolen.      

Please remember to never leave valuables in plain view in your vehicle, close and lock your doors. Minimize your risk and avoid being the victim of a crime of opportunity. If you see any suspicious activity, call the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station at (661) 255-1121 or 9-1-1 in an emergency.
