INCIDENT: Murder

LOCATION: 14400 Begonia Road, Victorville

VICTIM: Shirley Stewart, age 77, a resident of Victorville

SUSPECT: Terance Marzet Scott, age 26, a resident of Victorville

SUMMARY:
On Monday, February 8, 2016, at approximately 1:02 p.m., deputies from the Victorville Police Department responded to the report of a deceased female in a residence in the 14400 block of Begonia Road in the City of Victorville. Upon arrival, deputies and fire personnel confirmed the victim to be deceased.

Investigators from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Specialized Investigations Division, Homicide Detail were requested and responded to the scene to conduct the investigation.

Through investigation, detectives arrested Terance Marzet Scott for the murder of Shirley Stewart.

The investigation is ongoing and no further details are available for release at this time.
