On 2-8-16 at 5:26 PM APD officers were dispatched to the Peoples Federal Credit Union at 7200 Hillside on a forgery in progress. Officers contacted Neeley Alisa Guest WF 31 who was attempting to pass a stolen check by using a stolen drivers license. The officers were able to determine that the check Guest was trying to pass was stolen in an auto burglary on 1-23-16 in the Bonham Jr High parking lot and that the drivers license used was stolen in an auto burglary on 2-7-16 in the Hillside Christian Church on Bell parking lot. Guest was found to be in possession of several other identifiers that have not been reported stolen at this time. Ms Guest was placed under arrest and booked into the Randall County Detention Center on the charges of state jail felony Forgery of a Financial Instrument and third degree felony Fraudulent use or Possession of Identifying Information. Just a reminder of why the Crime Prevention Unit urges citizens not to leave their identifying information in their vehicle.
