Suspect wanted for Identity Theft

On Monday, January 25, 2016, at 11:45 AM, the suspect entered the US BANK, located at 2860 Sepulveda Blvd and attempted to obtain currency by using the ID of another person. The suspect approached the teller window with a withdrawal slip attempting to withdraw currency.  The teller observed the suspect's withdrawal slip did not match the ID the suspect had in his possession. In addition, the suspect did not match the picture in the ID he possessed.  When the teller asked the suspect the security questions listed on the account, he was unable to answer them correctly and advised the teller he was going to his car to retrieve his passport.  The suspect never returned.

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: White male adult, late 30s, 5’9” tall, medium build, dirty blonde hair and mustache / goatee, wearing a long sleeve black button-up shirt and dark pants.  He was possibly wearing a brace on right index finger.

SUSPECT VEHICLE: None seen or heard
