NBPD Advises to *AVOID* Pacific Coast Highway - all north & southbound lanes closed between Laguna Beach & Newport Beach 
Newport Beach Police Department is advising that all northbound and southbound lanes of Pacific Coast Highway are CLOSED between the Laguna Beach City Limits and the Newport Beach City Limits, in the area of El Morro Elementary School. This is due to a traffic collision.
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) will be the handling and investigating agency for this collision.
Please avoid the area until further notice.
