Victorville - deputies are asking for the public's assistance in identifying two suspects in connection to a robbery

SUMMARY: On February 6, 2016, at 8:06pm, Deputies from the Victorville Police Department were dispatched to a robbery near the intersection of Red Rock Road and Lucero Street. Two unknown male subjects approached the victim, while a third unknown male stood watch. One of the suspects pointed a firearm at the victim and demanded his backpack. When the victim refused and tried to leave, the two suspects assaulted him, took the backpack, and fled the scene.
The first suspect is described as an African American adult male, 6'2", 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a black hooded jacket, grey sweatpants, and white shoes. The second suspect is described as an African American adult male, 5'8", with black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a black and white zip-up jacket. There was no description available for the third suspect.
