A STATEWIDE SILVER ALERT Has Been Declared

The Lebanon Police Department is investigating the disappearance of an adult from Lebanon, Indiana. Lebanon, Indiana is located approximately 27 miles north of Indianapolis, Indiana. William F. Russell is a 78 year old white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 190 lbs., with gray hair and blue eyes. He has a noticeable mole on the right side of his chin. Mr. Russell was last seen wearing white shoes with blue shoelaces, blue pants, a turtleneck, and a burgundy windbreaker with the words “Cool Lake” printed on it. William F. Russell was last seen in Lebanon on February 4, 2016, at 2:00 pm EST, and is believed to be in danger. William F. Russell may be disoriented and require medical attention. He is believed to be driving a 2007 blue Chrysler Town and County minivan with Indiana plate 295ACS.
