Steven Keyros quickly made his way to #3 On Sheriff Victor Hill's Top Ten Most Wanted when he became wanted for raping a 12 year old child.
Keyros struck the 12 year old in the back of the head causing her to lose consciousness temporarily before raping her. Keyros threatened the 12 year old child by telling her that if she told anyone he would hurt her.
Interestingly, when members of Sheriff Victor Hill's elite Fugitive Squad hunted Keyros down in Calhoun Georgia, he never said a word about trying to hurt them and surrendered meekly. Keyros now faces the wall in Georgia's toughest para-military jail!
