When Raymond Flag who made #6 on Sheriff Victor Hill's Top Ten Most Wanted for armed robbery saw members of the elite Fugitive Squad coming to his hiding place from a window, he did not open the door. Instead, Flag ripped the rear bathroom window out off of the track, jumped through it, and began to flee on foot. This proved to be futile when he ran into Fugitive Investigators who were already waiting for him to run in their direction.

Investigators did a security sweep of the hide out. In plain view was approximately ½ ounce of suspected marijuana, an AR 15 style 22 caliber automatic rifle, Smith and Wesson 9 mm handgun, which was stolen out of Clayton County PD.

Raymond Flagg was wanted out of Clayton County for Armed Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Participation in Criminal Gang Activity, Possession of Firearm by Felon and First Offender Program,

Possession of Firearm/Weapon During Crime (1 count) this incident occurred on December 31, 2015 in Morrow, GA and also on January 2, 2016 in Morrow, GA an incident occurred and the subject received charges for Possession of Firearm by Felon and First Offender Program (2 counts), Aggravated Assault (1 count) and Weapon-Possession of During a Crime (2 counts).

Armed Robbery (l count) Raymond Flagg pointed the handgun at the victim and struck the victim in the head multiple times. This caused the victim to stumble backwards and then he was robbed of his cell phone.

Participation in Criminal Gang Activity – (4 counts) while committing the offense of Armed Robbery this subject was associated with the “Bounty Hunter Bloods.” While the accused held the rank of “OYG” (Original Young Gangster).

Aggravated Assault – (2 counts) with a deadly weapon in his possession, a black and silver semi-automatic handgun, he placed the victim in fear of receiving serious bodily injury.

On January 2, 2016 Raymond Flagg assaulted his victim with a black in color AR-15 style rifle, with the intent to murder. The accused began firing the rifle it jammed. The accused went to an apartment and returned with 45 caliber semi-automatic handgun and began firing at the victim.

Possession of Firearm by Felon and First Offender Program – (3 counts) This subject had in his possession a black and silver semi-automatic handgun after he had been convicted and sentenced with a felony charge (Possession of Cocaine with intent to Distribute) in Fulton County on April 20, 2005.

Possession of Firearm/Weapon During Crime – (3 counts) Raymond Flagg had a 45 caliber semi-automatic handgun. During the commission of Armed Robbery and Aggravated Assault against his victim.

Raymond Flag now faces the wall at Georgia's toughest para-military jail!
