Citizens Police Academy
Today, members of the Citizens Police Academy were recognized by the Jackson Police Department. These dedicated members sacrifice their time and their efforts ensuring the success of numerous events throughout the City of Jackson.
The Citizens Police Academy is an all volunteer group who have served at events such as: The Blue Suede Concert, the Andrew Jackson Marathon, the Go Red for Women Auction, the Jackson Symphony, and the Circle of Hope Telethon. There are numerous other events in which the Citizens Police Academy personnel can be found volunteering their time.
Their willingness to volunteer and serve is to be commended. So please, join the Jackson Police Department in congratulating the members of the Citizens Police Academy.
