The following roads are closed due to flooding; The intersection of Gardenwalk Blvd & Upper Riverdale Rd. The intersection of Arrowhead Blvd & Upper Riverdale Rd. Portions of Arrowhead Blvd are closed. Garden Walk Blvd on the east side of Southern Regional Hospital (Emergency Room/Ambulance Entrance) is also closed due to flooding. All other roads to access the hospital are open.
