Blizzard Warning remains in effect until 4 am Wednesday morning for Cherokee County.

National Weather Service has issued a Blizzard Warning for Cherokee County until 4 am Wednesday morning. Snow will be moderate to heavy at times ending later tonight. Northerly winds of 25-45 mph will continue through most of the night. Near zero visibility in open areas.

Instructions:

A BLIZZARD WARNING MEANS SEVERE WINTER WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. FALLING AND BLOWING SNOW WITH STRONG WINDS
AND POOR VISIBILITIES ARE LIKELY. THIS WILL LEAD TO WHITEOUT
CONDITIONS...MAKING TRAVEL EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. DO NOT TRAVEL. IF
YOU MUST TRAVEL...HAVE A WINTER SURVIVAL KIT WITH YOU. IF YOU GET
