DEPUTY SHERIFF TRAINEE WRITTEN TEST FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2016.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is pleased to announce a Testing Opportunity for qualified applicants wanting to become a Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriff. On Friday, February 19, 2016, a walk-in Written Exam will be administered promptly at 9:00 a.m. All potential applicants must bring a valid driver’s license and arrive prior to the test.

The test will be at East Los Angeles College (1301 Avenida Cesar Chavez, Monterey Park, CA 91754) and applicants are asked to be there at 8:30 AM.

All applicants must be at least 19 ½ years old at the date of the test, have a qualified U.S. High School Diploma or G.E.D., be a U.S. Citizen or a permanent resident and have applied for citizenship, and no felony convictions.

We are looking for intelligent men and women who possess a commitment to work hard, have a desire to help people, are of good moral character, and in good physical condition. If you possess these positive traits and more, come out and take the written exam, a great and secure career in law enforcement may be waiting for you.
