Full Notification

After hours yesterday the Town of Fairview was sent notification by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), regarding the current closure of the northbound Stacy Road Exit as a part of the U.S. Highway 75 widening project. As the Ridgeview Drive exit remains closed, Fairview residents should be prepared to use the Exchange exit (Exit # 36), or to exit at State Highway 121 and turnaround.

Unfortunately, TxDOT has not offered the Town any detailed information regarding the timeframe for this particular closure. TxDOT had previously estimated that work on the Ridgeview Drive exit would be complete in July 2016. The entire $50 million U.S. Highway 75 widening project TxDOT has been projected for completion in September 2016.
