State Police Serve Four Drug Warrants in Plymouth

Marshall County – The Indiana State Police SWAT team raided four homes in Plymouth Friday and Monday after members of the Bremen Post Criminal Interdiction Team obtained search warrants for the residences.  The state police were assisted by the Plymouth Police Department and the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.

The first drug related search warrant was served Friday morning around 8:30 a.m. at the home located at 401 Pennsylvania Ave. in Plymouth.  The residents of the home were questioned and later released by troopers.

The second raid happened at 17191 Tomahawk Tr. in Plymouth near 2:00 p.m.  This meth related search warrant ended with the arrest of 37 year-old Nicholas Creighbaum.  Troopers found meth and an active lab at the residence.  Creighbaum was arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine and taken to the Marshall County Jail.

A third search warrant was executed at 1605 Lake Ave. in Plymouth around at 5:00 a.m. Monday morning.  Here troopers discovered marijuana, meth, and narcotic pills.  This home is located across the street from Washington Discovery Academy School. 

Troopers arrested 27 year-old Brandon White and 30 year-old Kayla Milleman on charges of possession of marijuana, dealing marijuana, possession of meth, and possession of a controlled substance.  A child of Milleman was at home at the time of the search warrant and was taken into protective custody by the Department of Child Services (DCS).  Both individuals are incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail.

The fourth search warrant was also served Monday morning.  Troopers raided the home located at 707 Beerenbrook Ave. in Plymouth around 6:00 a.m. finding Pedro Pinon, age 38, and two children.  Pinon was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance, and child neglect, after troopers discovered meth in the house.  Pinon’s two children were turned over to the Department of Child Services and he was taken to the Marshall County Jail.

*All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
