Mahwah Board of Health Announces: FREE Rabies Vaccine Clinic today Saturday, January 30, 2016 10 am - 1 pm. at the Mahwah Municipal Building. 475 Corporate Drive, Main Entrance.
Dogs must be on leashes (non-retractable, 5FT or less)
Cats must be in carriers.
Bring:
1) Proof of NJ Residency (Required)
2) Prior Vaccine Certificate (If available)
Mahwah 2016 Dog and Cat Licenses will be available.
You may apply at the clinic. Please bring checkbook (preferred) or exact cash.
Licenses will be mailed out after the clinic.
You may download and complete license application(s) from the FORMS CENTER on the Township Website prior to arrival:
