The Cass County Drug Enforcement Team announces that on January 27, 2016 detectives served a search warrant on an address in the 300 block of N Lowe St in the City of Dowagiac on suspicion that the selling and use of illegal drugs was taking place. Upon searching the residence methamphetamine and marijuana was found along with methamphetamine paraphernalia. A 19 year old male and a 19 year old female were arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana. The male was also arrested on several unrelated warrants. Their names are being with held pending arraignment. The investigation is still on going at this time.
